October 2011: GHF had a successful outing to the Spy Coast Young Horse
Show at Cav-I Farm in Ocala. Chablu (Chacco Blue X Joy (Jupiter) and West Meadow both qualified for the Finals in Wellington
in December.
Comments from the Judge for West Meadow were:
Well developed, well framed, feminine expression, good length of neck, good leg,
flat in knee. Tracks correct from behind, tracks correct front, walks good, through back. Good trot w/loose, good engagement.

September 2011 UPDATE: Rio Mio a five year old (Rio Grande X Jupiter) has qualified for Harrisburg in the Pregreens.
Rio Mio was also Champion at the St Louis Indoors Preview Show with FOUR firsts and a second.
Gracious
a four year old by GOLAN and out of Dutch Vivacious went to her first show in Virginia. She did very well with Jason
Berry in the irons and placed second. Congratulations to her owner Pat! We are very excited to watch Gracie continue
her show career and are thrilled to have Izabelle in foal to GOLAN for 2012.

September 2011: The yearlings are growing up! And will
be gearing up for Spy Coast's Young Horse Show in Ocala on October 16th. We also plan on bringing 2 year old West Meadow
(Westporte X Jupiter) to show in hand and in the jump chute.

August 2011: It's been a great August with the chestnut horses dominating the news!
Zander
went to the GOV inspection and received very good comments. Thank you to Judy Yancey and Clear Creek Farm for hosting
another Inspection. Zander is now weaned and has been sold.
West Meadow continues
to impress us with her looks, temperament and athleticism. Sophie is Westporte X Joy (Jupiter) and is 16.2hh at 2 1/2
years. She is the real deal and is a fantastic hunter and hunter derby prospect! FOR SALE

Perignon was sold to Shane P. as a foal. Ricky is currently winning in the Dressage ring. He also had
wins in the Hunter Breeding ring as a youngster.

Surprise that we bred (and sold in-utero) by Autocrat and out of out of Sunday Drive xx, is gearing up for her show career
in the hunter ring in 2012. She has already had numerous wins in hand.

June-July 2011: Rio Mio (Rio Grande X Joy - Jupiter)
continues his winning ways with rider Sarah Young. He was Champion at Ledges in June in the 3'3" Pregreens, and was
Champion in July at both Lake St Louis I and II, also in the 3'3" Pregreens!

June 2011: West Meadow aka Sophie is a 2/2009 filly by Westporte
and out of Joy by Jupiter is growing into a gorgeous young lady! She is currently 16.2hh and should mature 16.3hh.

Izabelle
June 2011: Izabelle (3 yr old by Zarr and
out of Fleur de Lis) is walk, trot, cantering under saddle. She is very quiet and willing. Izzy is also going
on walking trail rides around the farm. She is not spooky and does well leaving her girlfriends. The below video
is her third canter in the ring. Ridden/started by Dana Noga of Lone Palm Stables.
May 2011: Our 2008 filly, Izabelle - by Zarr and out of the
"A" hunter Fleur de Lis, is currently being started under saddle. Izzy has shown excellent form and scope in the jump
chute and is a super mover. Video with rider soon! Her dam Fleur was owned and shown by Holly Caristo and has produced
"A" show hunters as well as a young 1.30m jumper.
May 2011: The 2011 colt Zander = Zirocco Blue X Joy (Jupiter)
has been sold to a very exciting home!
May 2011: Rio Mio does it again! Champion at
Brownland Farm Spring II in the pre-greens with three Firsts and two Seconds! Congratulations to all of his connections!

Champion in the Pre Greens at Gulfport after showing just two weeks of the whole circuit! Sarah Young was the rider.

March 15th, 2011: We are very excited to announce the arrival
of our Zirocco Blue VDL X Joy (Jupiter) colt! He is a tall, substantial foal with the great temperament we have come
to expect from Joy's foals.

March 2011 Gulfport: Rio Mio by Rio Grande and out of Joy (Jupiter)
won 8 of 11 classes in the Pre Greens at Gulfport III and IV. Manny was Champion both weeks. He was sold as an
investment horse to do the Hunter Derbies. We are very excited to follow his career and wish Manny and his new owner
all the best.

March 2011: Izabelle was put through the jump chute for the second time. She
was free jumped over one cross rail last year. So we were very happy when she went through the chute willingly and very
relaxed. Izzy showed us the same great, rhythmical canter and good scope and form. Izabelle is by Zarr and
out of the lovely hunter mare Fleur de Lis.Fleur
de Lis, an imported Selle Francais, has produced "A" show hunters and a young and upcoming 1.30m jumper.
February 2011: Dalton is back in the show ring! He is earning
excellent ribbons in the 3' hunter division at HITS Ocala. Dalton is for sale and is a gorgeous, honest horse.
We are also very excited to hear how well Macy is doing in Wellington with her owner. Macy was purchased at
less than a couple of weeks of age and grew up at Gift Hill Farm. She was lightly started early this year as a three
year old by Dana Noga at Lone Palm Stables. She was then shipped to her owner in Wellington. Macy's owner is
thrilled with her temperament, gaits and apparent ability to jump. Macy settle in quickly to her new home. Her
temperament is truly exceptional! Macy is on her way!

January 27th, 2011: It was great to see
the 3 year old Waveny - Westporte X Joy (Jupiter) after a few weeks at Lone Palm Stables to be started. She looks super:
quiet and relaxed and quite the mover!

January 2011: We are excited to hear that both Rio Sashay and
Rio Mio are continuing to do well in the hunter ring. Rio Mio won a 3'3" handy hunter class and was just Reserve Champion

December 2010: Gift Hill Farm wishes everyone a healthy and
happy holiday season and a fantastic 2011.
Metro can be seen in his sire's ad in The
Chronicle of the Horse's stallion issue which came out December 3rd, 2010. Mezcalero (Voltaire/Ramiro) stands at
October Hill Farm.
November 2010: Izabelle 2008 filly by Zarr and out of Holly
Caristos hunter Fleur de Lis, is growing up! We can't wait to see Izzy undersaddle next year.
October 2010: Rio Sashay continues to win in the Adult Hunters.
Sashay is winning in the equitation ring as well. Her trainer says that Sashay has the scope and temperament
to excel in the 4' hunter ring.

September 2010: Noble Nellie (Noble Champion X Foxy Lady) a2005 mare bred by GHF, has been sold to
Massachussets to pursue a performance career. Both of Nellie's parents were International jumpers and won World Cup
classes. She is registered MMB with the GOV and produced a Premium colt by Mezcalero in 2010. We wish Nellie
and her new owner the very best!

August 13th, 2010: Thank you to Judy Yancey for another wonderful GOV inspection at Clear
Creek. It was exciting to have Katrin Burger, The Deputy Breeding Director from Oldenburg to comment on our mares and
foals.
Noble Nellie scored well and was placed in the MMB.

by Chacco Blue X Jupiter, received very nice comments, at 6 months of age she is hitting a growthy stage.
Metro
by Mezcalero X Noble Champion, received excellent comments on all three gaits and was awarded Premium. Katrin said
"this horse really looks like a competition horse."
Rockaway by Rio de Dinero X Galoubet,
Katrin had some very nice comments for Rocco. She expected he should jump at least as well as his mother who competed
succesfully to 1.4m and had a very long career.

March 10th, 2010: New video of our 2 year old filly Izabelle by Zarr and out of
the "A" show hunter Fleur de Lis. This was her first time free jumping, so first time through is poles and the second
time is a cross rail.
